The Gen Z Perspective on Career and Learning Motivation
As a new generation enters higher education, universities worldwide are rethinking how students learn and prepare for their careers. Gen Z students came of age in an era defined by digital technologies, global connectivity, and evolving ideas about work and purpose. International colleges can respond to these shifts by offering flexible, interdisciplinary learning environments that connect education with real-world opportunities, while offering their graduates a gateway to internationally mobile careers. We welcome prospective participants to the Tunghai University campus for the one-day ICIC 2025 program, which will be a forum for students, academics, and industry professionals to present their ideas.

Sustainability: For Science, for Industry, for Our Graduates
Conference ProgramAlthough environmental issues recognize no borders, the relevant decision-making is made by national governments. Sustainability is characterized by patchwork regulations, country-specific policy implementations, and shifting national alliances. International colleges can prepare graduates to become leaders in this complex and rapidly changing sustainability landscape. The two-day ICIC2024 program will feature a student-centered program focusing on emerging research tools and career development and an educator-centered program devoted to interdisciplinary teaching, project-based learning, and issues in sustainability policy. Students, academics, and industry practitioners are cordially invited to submit.

Imagine the Future
Conference ProgramIn Asia and throughout the world, the emergence of a multicultural and internationally mobile workforce has changed the face of undergraduate education. Universities are witnessing unprecedented demand from students seeking to earn their degrees in a foreign language. Many schools have instituted international colleges that allow students to achieve this goal, while learning side by side with classmates of different nationalities. International colleges are natural distribution hubs for study-abroad programs that enable learners to complete parts of their coursework in other countries. Input from academics, students, and industry professionals is needed to chart the future of international colleges. The Tunghai University International College cordially invites you to participate its second conference on international colleges.
